By accessing and using RHCE Tools Organizer ("the Software") and our website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

RHCE Tools Organizer is a desktop application designed to help users organize, manage, and launch engineering applications from a central dashboard. The software is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use.

3. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this agreement, RHCE Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download, install, and use the Software on your computer
• Use the Software for both personal and commercial purposes
• Make backup copies of the Software for archival purposes

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software without permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or other proprietary rights notices
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your system meets the minimum requirements
• Backing up your data before using the Software
• Using the Software in compliance with applicable laws
• Maintaining the security of your system and data

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

IN NO EVENT SHALL RHCE SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RHCE Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.

10. Updates and Modifications

RHCE Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Software (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by you or RHCE Solutions. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this agreement.

12. Governing Law
